Congratulations to Gavin T. Garcia

Congratulations to Gavin T. “Sunshine” Garcia who was awarded his Gold Medal of Achievement on July 27, 2008.  Gavin is a member of Outpost #27, First Assembly of God in Carlsbad.  Doug Evans, the senior commander, and his team did a fantastic job of putting together a very classy awards ceremony for Gavin.  Keep checking back as we will post photos of the event as we get them.
